Wandavision: What is the release date on Disney Plus?

WandaVision’s official Disney+ homepage confirms that the Marvel Studios series is scheduled for release in December 2020. Marvel has announced its first list of Disney+ programs for 2019, and the programming has been met with enthusiasm by fans. However, the coronavirus pandemic has interrupted productions of all series. And will probably be the cause of the postponement of many series from their previously announced broadcast windows.

For WandaVision, the series directed by Elizabeth Olsen and Paul Bettany was originally scheduled for release in 2021. But was postponed to 2020 a few months later. Once production was halted, it appeared that the series had been pushed back to 2021. However, recent signs have shown that this may not have been the case. And the release of the first trailer also meant that WandaVision was going to be released sooner rather than later. Although the trailer did not confirm a release date. It now appears that a 2020 release is official.

What is the release date for Wandavision on Disney Plus?

Following the release of the first WandaVision trailer, the homepage of the series on Disney+ has been updated to include a link allowing subscribers to view the new images on Disney+. While the main page still shows the release date as Coming Soon. The description under the First Look video indicates that WandaVision will be released on Disney+ in December 2020. Disney had already announced a release date in December 2020, but there is now a sign that it has not been delayed.

The release of WandaVision on Disney+ is scheduled for December 2020. Fans will probably have to wait until the very end of the month to see the first episode. Disney has announced that the full Disney+ lineup will be available until November. And October 30 will be the time when season 2 of The Mandalorian will begin. If the second season of eight episodes comes out a new episode every Friday. The next Friday will be available for WandaVision which will launch it on December 25, 2020. But, if The Mandalorian releases two episodes at the same time at the beginning or at the end. Maybe WandaVision could come out a week earlier.

In any case, MCU fans will probably be reassured to see that WandaVision will arrive on Disney+ in December 2020 as planned. There may not be a confirmed date yet. But it’s only a matter of time before it arrives. The only unfortunate news is that the Falcon and Winter Soldier page has also been updated to indicate that it will arrive in 2021. And with persistent rumors that Black Widow may be delayed again. Perhaps WandaVision will be the only content in the MCU that will arrive in 2020.
