1. “Stand By Me” (1986)

The immortal classic Stand By Me is a film adaptation of Stephen King’s novel and follows the summer adventures of a group of boys.

The movie takes you into the lives of four boys. All these boys have problems at home, so you can expect to see them living boring lives.

One day, they hear that an abandoned dead body. They come to know that a train ran over a person about 30 kms outside there town. They decide to set out on an adventurous journey to find the body.

The famous scene where they walk on the railroad tracks has been quoted in a number of movies.

2 “Raiders of The Lost Ark” (1981)

This is the first film in the “Indiana Jones” series that made Harrison Ford’s name known to the world. It was also the first film in which George Lucas of the “Star Wars” series and Steven Spielberg of teamed up for the first time.

The story takes place in 1937, a few years before World War II. American archaeologist Indiana Jones sets out on an adventure to find the lost Holy Ark. The ark contains a stone inscribed with the Ten Commandments from the Old Testament.

However, Nazi Germany was aiming for the same thing, which led to a war of attrition.

3. “Into the Wild” (2007)

Sean Penn, also known as an actor, adapts journalist, author and mountaineer John Krakower’s non-fiction novel Into the Wild to the screen in Into the Wild.

A young man who grew up in a privileged environment, but was dissatisfied with his life, began his journey across the United States. After wandering, he was found dead in 1992. The film depicts the process of this journey and the change of heart of a young man who finds meaning in his life along the way.

4. “Tomb Raider” (2001)

The film adaptation of the popular game that became a worldwide hit, starring Angelina Jolie. Subsequent sequels and prequels were also made, making it a popular series.

Lara Kraft, a beautiful treasure hunter, finds her father’s hidden room, which she ran away from 20 years ago. What was there was a mysterious chart of the constellations. It was the secret society “Illuminati (People of Light)” that was looking for the key to find the door to space-time.

Angelina Jolie’s powerful action is a highlight.

5. “The Goonies” (1985)

The Goonies” is as popular as “Stand By Me” as a boy’s adventure film. Individual members of the “Goonies”, Mikey, Mouse, Chunk, Data four people are each boyish and cute character, it is also a popular secret.

One day, the four Goonies discover a treasure map left behind by the legendary one-eyed pirate Willie in the attic of Mikey’s house. Based on this, the Goonies sneak into a restaurant that’s closed for the season, but it’s the home of the Flattery family, a gang that’s just escaped from prison.

Josh Brolin, who was cast in this film as Mikey’s brother Brand, is still working in a wide range of films today.

6. “National Treasure” (2004)

Ben Gates, played by Nicolas Cage, is a descendant of a family that has inherited the secrets of the Knights Templar. From an early age, he had been told by his grandfather that the treasure had been sealed by the Freemasons of the time at the founding of America to prevent it from falling into British hands.

As an adult and a treasure hunter, Ben is funded by wealthy adventurer Ian Howe and embarks on an adventure with his best friend Riley Poole in pursuit of the Knights Templar treasures.

Starring Nicholas Cage, the film gained attention for its subject matter of “Knights Templar” and “Freemasonry,” a group of mysterious people who have gone down in history. The action scenes are well worth watching.

7. “Moonrise Kingdom” (2012)

Sam and Susie, a boy and a girl, live on a small island. Unable to fit in with their surroundings, the two decide to elope. The adults look around for them. With a small ripple, the commotion begins to spread throughout the island…

The film is directed by Wes Anderson, who is known for his pop and cute visuals. The cast also includes Anderson’s regulars Bill Murray, Jason Schwartzman and Tilda Swinton, as well as Bruce Willis and Edward Norton.
